Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service

ProTrader ("the Platform") provides automated and discretionary trading signals generated by algorithmic analysis (the "Engine") and professional traders. All signals are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Non-Custodial Principle

ProTrader never:

• Places, modifies, or cancels orders on your behalf
• Holds, moves, or has custody of any funds or digital assets
• Accesses your exchange accounts with trade-enabled API keys
• Auto-executes copy trades

You remain entirely in control of your own exchange accounts and trading activity at all times. Any trades you execute based on ProTrader signals are your own independent decisions.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Trading in cryptocurrency futures involves substantial risk of loss. The Engine's past signal performance — including any win rate or R:R statistics displayed on the Platform — does not guarantee or predict future results. Markets can move against signals for reasons outside the model's scope.

ProTrader makes no representation that any account will achieve profits or avoid losses similar to any historical metrics shown.

4. Eligibility

By creating an account you confirm that you are:

• At least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency derivatives in your jurisdiction
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party without disclosure

If you are located in a jurisdiction where the use of cryptocurrency derivatives is prohibited, you must not use the Platform.

5. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@protrader.app.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. You may cancel at any time via the Account → Subscription page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

ProTrader reserves the right to change plan pricing with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

7. Professional Traders

Traders who publish signals on the Platform represent that their published trade history is accurate and not fabricated. ProTrader may remove traders who publish misleading or unverifiable performance data. Trader track records displayed on the Platform are unaudited unless marked "Exchange Verified".

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including the Engine's algorithms, SMC rules, UI, and brand — is proprietary to ProTrader. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute signals or Platform data without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProTrader and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProTrader is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
