1. Futures Trading Risk

Cryptocurrency perpetual futures are leveraged derivative instruments. Unlike spot trading, futures allow you to control a position much larger than your deposited margin. This amplifies both potential gains and potential losses.

Key risks include but are not limited to:

• Total loss of margin — a single adverse move can liquidate your entire position
• Funding rate risk — perpetual contracts charge periodic funding fees that can erode profitability even when price moves in your favour
• Liquidation risk — exchanges liquidate positions automatically when margin falls below maintenance level
• Slippage — executing at the signal’s entry price is not guaranteed; actual fill may differ materially in fast-moving markets
• Exchange risk — exchange insolvency, hacks, regulatory actions, or technical outages can prevent you from accessing funds or executing orders

2. Leverage

ProTrader signals include a leverage suggestion (e.g. "10×"). This is a general guideline only — it is not advice to use that leverage. The appropriate leverage for your account depends on:

• Your account size
• Your risk tolerance and personal financial situation
• Your exchange's liquidation and maintenance margin rules
• Market volatility at the time of entry

Using high leverage (e.g. 10×–25×) means a 4%–10% adverse move can result in full liquidation. Consider starting with lower leverage (3×–5×) until you understand the signals and your own risk capacity.

3. Signal Accuracy & Past Performance

ProTrader’s engine uses a multi-agent model combining Smart Money Concepts, microstructure analysis (CVD, Order Flow), LightGBM machine learning, and sentiment analysis. While these methods are designed to identify high-probability setups, they are not infallible.

• The engine will produce both winning and losing signals — this is normal and expected
• Historical win rates shown on the Platform are based on closed signals since the engine went live
• Past signal performance does not guarantee future results
• Market regime changes (e.g. macro shock, regulatory event) can temporarily invalidate model assumptions

All historical signals — including losses — are publicly visible on the Signal History page. We do not selectively show only winning signals.

4. Not Financial Advice

ProTrader signals are educational and informational in nature. They are generated by an automated algorithm and published by independent traders. Nothing on the Platform is:

• Personalised investment advice tailored to your financial situation
• A recommendation or solicitation to trade any specific instrument
• A guarantee of any specific outcome

Before acting on any signal, you should consider whether trading cryptocurrency futures is appropriate for you in light of your financial situation, investment experience, and risk tolerance. If in doubt, consult an independent, licensed financial adviser.

5. Regulatory Considerations
